Lantzville Flowers grows a few Orange/Rust ball dahlia varieties but Valley Rust Bucket and Cornel Bronze are our workhorse dahlias for cut flowers in bouquets. Honestly, it is difficult to choose which we like better.  Valley Rust Bucket has a brighter more intense color than Cornel, but Cornel Bronze's more subtle orange, just blends quietly in the mix of other "like-colored" dahlias.  Valley Rust Bucket is a prolific bloomer producting long strong stems.  Valley Rust Bucket is a great tuber producer.

All Fall 2023 harvested dahlia tuber orders are stored safely over winter by Lantzville Flowers and then shipped in Late April/Early May 2024. Tubers are also available for pick-up at the Lantzville Flower Farm located in Lantzville, BC.
